Composite Molding (Vacuumed bagged heat cured parts)
Composite vacuum bagging is a technique that takes your prototyping and low-run production to the next level! This method ensures that your parts get a snug fit while reducing excess resin and improving surface finishes. Here's how it works, in simple terms:

Layup: You start by laying out your composite materials, such as carbon fiber or fiberglass, on the mold. This is where your design begins to take shape.

Sealing: Next, you place a vacuum bag over the layup and seal it tightly. This bag is your secret weapon, creating a vacuum that pulls all the air out, ensuring that resin flows evenly throughout the materials.

Vacuum application: Once the vacuum is on, the magic happens! As the bag shrinks around the layup, it compresses the materials and forces the resin into every nook and cranny, resulting in a robust, lightweight part.

Curing: After the vacuum is set, it’s time to let the resin cure. You can introduce heat to speed things up, or let it sit and bake to perfection.

Demolding: Finally, once it’s all cured and your part is ready, you carefully remove it from the mold and vacuum bag, revealing a high-quality composite part, ready for action!
